Originally from Raleigh, NC, twin brothers Spencer and Tucker relocated to the Myrtle Beach area due to their father’s passion for real estate. Growing up surrounded by home sales and frequent tours of properties, they naturally developed an early interest in the real estate world. Their fascination with homes soon evolved from selling to building. Driven by a desire to create quality homes, they began apprenticing under an experienced builder, carefully learning each step of the construction process — with a focus on safety, durability, and craftsmanship. Since 2018, Spencer and Tucker have been building homes with a mission: to serve the public with professionalism and lasting quality. Over the years, they’ve worked with some of the top builders in Horry County and are proud to be in the top 1% of builder representatives in the region. Their deep experience, vast network of trusted contractors, and hands-on knowledge of construction have made them well-versed in all aspects of homebuilding. Spencer and Tucker are passionate about making the building process simple, transparent, and enjoyable for every client. Their goal is to guide new homebuyers through each step in a way that’s easy to understand — and even fun!
